I Make Local Businesses
Easy to Understand & Easy to Find.

A video guy, a web guy, a social guy. Or just me.

An animated explainer that makes what you sell click, the website it lives on, and the social that keeps you in front of your neighbourhood — built by one person, in about two weeks. No cameras, no crew, no shoot day.

Ninety seconds. Zero shoot days.

01What I Make

Not Content. Assets That Sell.

Every piece here is built to move someone one step closer to buying — not to fill a content calendar. The video is the centre of it; the last three are what stop a good video from landing nowhere.

Explainer Video

For the thing your website needs three paragraphs to describe. Runs on a landing page, in a pitch deck, or pinned to your profile.

60–90 seconds · landscape

Ad Creative

Short cuts with different hooks against the same offer, so your media buyer has something to test instead of one video to bet on.

15–30 seconds · multiple variants

Vertical & Social

Reels, Shorts and TikTok cuts with captions burned in, because most of your audience is watching with the sound off.

9:16 · captioned

Product Demos

Feature-by-feature walkthroughs for software and physical products. Clear enough to answer questions before a sales call.

Flexible length

Coaching & Course Video

Lesson intros, module trailers and launch promos for coaches and course creators. Animated, so you don’t need to be on camera to keep a course feeling produced.

Lessons, trailers, promos

B2B & Corporate

For services that are hard to see. Capability films, onboarding and internal explainers that make an intangible offer visual.

Sales, onboarding, internal

Websites & Online Stores

The page the video points at. Built around the explainer rather than beside it, so the thing you paid to make is the first thing anyone sees.

Sites, stores, landing pages

Social Media Management

Planned, written, scheduled and answered. Publishing and paid campaigns for the assets above — so they get seen more than once.

Email Automation

Capture forms, welcome sequences and cart recovery wired up once. The follow-up that runs while you’re busy doing the actual work.

02Honest Fit

I’ll Turn Down the Wrong Project

Worth knowing early, so neither of us spends time on a project that was never quite right. If it isn’t a match, I’m happy to point you toward someone better suited.

Probably a good fit

These are the projects where I tend to be most useful.

  • What you sell takes more than one sentence to explain
  • You’re running paid ads and burning through creative
  • Nobody at your company wants to be on camera
  • You’d rather brief one person than coordinate a video editor, a developer and a social manager
  • You need several assets from one idea, not a single deliverable
  • You want a fixed price and a named deadline, not an hourly rate

Probably a better fit elsewhere

No judgement in any of these — they’re just outside what I do well.

  • You need it finished within a couple of days
  • Your budget is under $250 — at that level a marketplace freelancer will serve you better than I will
  • You’d like a guaranteed conversion rate, which I’m not able to promise honestly
  • The script needs sign-off from a large group of stakeholders
  • You want a large custom web application — I build marketing sites and stores, not software

Five Ways to Work Together

Fixed prices, named deliverables, two revision rounds written into every project. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

Everything, One Project

The Complete Launch

$2,200

$2,900 bought separately · save $700

A video with nowhere to send people is a wasted video. This is the Campaign Package, the site it lives on, and three months of posting to get it seen — scoped once, quoted once, built by one person.

Book a Call

Where the $700 comes from: the third month of social is included free ($350), and building the site alongside the video saves a separate scoping and setup round ($350). No component is discounted below its list price. Half up front, half on delivery of the video and site; social billed monthly from launch. One slot at a time.

Video

  • Hero explainer, 60–90 seconds
  • Three 15-second ad cutdowns
  • Two 30-second vertical cuts
  • Captions burned in
  • Script, storyboard, licensed audio

Website

  • Business site or online store
  • Built around the explainer, not beside it
  • Cart and checkout tested
  • Payments and shipping set up
  • Speed and on-page SEO handled

Social — 3 Months

  • Content plan agreed a month ahead
  • Posts, captions and short cuts scheduled
  • Comments and DMs on agreed hours
  • Paid campaigns run if you’re advertising
  • Monthly report in plain English
Bonus

Email Automation, Set Up Free

A launch that captures emails and never sends one is a leak. I’ll wire the sequences up while the site is being built — included on top of the pricing above, not counted in the $700.

  • Lead capture form wired into the new site
  • Welcome sequence, three emails, written and scheduled
  • Abandoned cart recovery if you’re selling products
  • Sending domain authenticated so mail lands in inboxes
  • Handed over on your account, so you keep it

Every price above is a starting point for a normal scope. Bigger builds, longer runtimes or extra languages cost more, and I’ll tell you before we begin rather than after.

04How It Runs

You Approve Every Word Before I Build

No black box. The script, the storyboard, the page layout — whatever we’re making, you sign it off before I build it. That is exactly why the surprises everyone fears from this kind of work don’t happen here.

The pipeline: idea, script, animation, voiceover and measurable result
I

Fifteen-Minute Call

What you sell, who you sell it to, and what the work needs to do. If animation isn’t the answer, or if you only need the website, I’ll tell you on this call.

II

Script and Storyboard

You approve the script before a single frame is built — or the layout before a single page is. This is where projects are won or lost, so we take our time here.

III

Build and Review

First cut inside a week. You give notes in one pass, I make the changes, you get a second pass if you need it.

IV

Delivery

Final files in every format you asked for, sites deployed and handed over in your name, and the source project archived on my end in case you want variations later.

You won’t be handed to an account manager or a junior editor. Every project on this page is made by me — scripted, animated and delivered by the same person you talk to on the first call.

I run a small animation studio built on a purpose-built animation stack and an AI-assisted workflow, which is how a hero explainer, three ad cuts and two vertical versions ship in about two weeks rather than a quarter. The tools give the speed; the direction, script and edit are mine.

I’d rather turn down a project that isn’t a fit than take it and disappoint you. If animation isn’t the right answer for what you’re selling, I’ll tell you on the call — and point you somewhere better.

06Before You Ask

Practical Questions

How long does a project actually take?

A single explainer runs about a week and the campaign package roughly two. A website or store is one to three weeks depending on how much you’re selling, and social starts the week after we agree the first content plan. All of it assumes you turn scripts, layouts and notes around in a couple of days — the timeline is nearly always decided by approval speed, not build speed.

Can I buy just the website, or just social?

Yes. Each of the five is sold on its own and priced on its own — nothing is conditional on buying video. The Complete Launch exists because the three work better together, not because I’ll refuse to do one of them.

Are you a video person doing websites on the side?

Fair question, and the honest answer is that video is where most of my work and all of my published proof sits. The web and social work grew out of clients asking for it once the video was finished. If you want a purely development-led team for a complex build, I’ll say so on the call rather than take the project.

Who writes the script?

I do, from what you tell me on the call and whatever material you already have. You approve it before anything is animated. If you’d rather write it yourself, that’s fine and the price doesn’t change — the script is the part that determines whether the video works, so it needs to be right either way.

What happens if I don’t like it?

Two revision rounds are included and written into every project. Because you sign off on the script and storyboard first, big surprises are rare — most notes are about pacing and emphasis. Beyond two rounds I charge for the extra time, and I’ll tell you before doing it.

Do I own the video?

Yes — you own the finished files and can use them anywhere, for as long as you like. Voiceover and music are licensed for commercial use as part of the project. I keep the source file archived so you can come back for variations without paying to rebuild from scratch.

Will this actually get me sales?

I don’t know, and I won’t pretend otherwise. Nobody can promise a conversion rate on creative they haven’t tested. What I can do is build three different hooks in the campaign package so you’re testing rather than betting everything on one video.

Is this AI-generated video?

It’s a hybrid, and I’m upfront about that. AI handles parts of the process where it saves real time; the direction, script, pacing and edit are mine. Fully AI-generated video looks generic and audiences notice. Speed from the tools, judgement from a person.

Want to See Work Like Yours?

Rather than a gallery of work from industries that aren’t yours, tell me what you sell and I’ll send two or three examples that are actually relevant — video, sites or both — plus what each one was built to do.

Fifteen Minutes, No Pitch

Tell me what you sell and what you need the work to do. I’ll tell you what I’d make, what it costs and how long it takes — and if you need less than you think, or none of it, I’ll say that instead of selling you something.
